When I started ThriveMinds back in 2014, I started with the mission of helping people and at that time I worked purely face to face as a Psychologist, whether that be personal coaching or delivering training workshops for teams across a corporate or SME.
I loved it, it was exactly what I hoped it would be, and for the next four years I had a blast delivering my passion and knowledge of psychology and coaching to amazing people and helping them to see how to get the most out of themselves and their teams.
As my client base grew, more people got to hear about me, I realised I had a problem with my business model, I couldn’t help as many people as I wanted to because I had three issues;
1 – lack of time, there is only one of me!
2 – not enough products to help those I could
3 – my business model was purely based upon face to face delivery
So, in 2019 I started to look into how to make the right changes in my business model for my existing clients and the future clients I wanted to reach and help.
And thus, began the journey of taking ThriveMinds to a multi delivery based model for my clients.
2019 was all about exploring online options, what was out there, what would work for my business and my clients. The word for that year was ‘EXPLORE’
2020 was all about creating the right resources for my clients, what different ways could I provide them with help? The word for that year was ‘CREATE’
And now that brings me to 2021, the year of ‘REACH’, this year I want to reach as many people as I can to let them know how I can help them, so they can quickly gain access to it from whichever of my products is right for their needs.
To say I’m excited is an understatement!
So that is why my word for 2021 is ‘REACH’
